Important Information:

Registration: for the retreat opens on February 1, 2026. We encourage you to register early as this retreat tends to fill up quickly. Room assignments will be made once full payment is received at the time of registration

• Check-in will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, April 10th. If you arrive early, feel free to drop by the Welcome Room which opens at 5:30 p.m. The retreat will conclude on Sunday, April 12th after lunch

• Prior to your arrival on Friday evening, we recommend grabbing dinner. Here is link to some recommendations from YELP

• Wondering what to bring? Here are some suggestions: weather appropriate clothing and footwear, comfortable slippers or shoes for inside the lodge, toiletries, bath towel, shower soap, Bible, journal, pen, pillow, bedding (either sleeping bag or fitted bed sheet and a blanket for twin or queen bed), games, puzzles

• Full reimbursement for cancellations can be made until March 14th. Please note that a $20 fee will be charged for any NSF (non-sufficient funds) cheques

• We will be holding a silent auction on Saturday to help raise funds for Oasis. We welcome any new or gently used items (in new condition)
