Important Information:

Registration: for the retreat opens on February 1, 2026. We encourage you to register early as this retreat tends to fill up quickly. Room assignments will be made once full payment is received at the time of registration.

• Check-in will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, April 10th. If you arrive early, feel free to drop by the Welcome Room which opens at 5:30 p.m. The retreat will conclude on Sunday, April 12th after lunch.

• Prior to your arrival on Friday evening, we recommend grabbing dinner. You can find a list of dining options in Hope on the Oasis website under important information

• For a full list of what to bring to the retreat, please refer to the Oasis website. Please remember to bring your own pillow, towel and bedding (unless you have requested this on your registration form for an additional fee).

• Full reimbursement for cancellations can be made until March 14th. Please note that a $20 fee will be charged for any NSF (non-sufficient funds) checks.
